A few weeks ago, I decided to once and for all finish my Star Trek: The Next Generation seasons (3,4,6 and 7.) I find the cheapest prices on
www.hermanstreet.com. So, I put them on my card and also put in for expedited shipping. Since then I only recieved one email showing the purchase. So, after a week I try to contact them regarding where my expedited order was. They don't answer emails. The phone number message states it only accepts phone orders in which you just leave a message and maybe they call you back. So, I have sent three emails to them, two to the vice-president of the company, called and left two messages. Until now still no acknowledgement.
Today, I filed a complaint on the
www.bbb.org. Hopefully, that will awaken them. I am NOT going to lose $197.04 over scum like that!
