Movie Pick - No spoilers allowed.

Can't make up my mind on what to watch tonight so I thought I'd get opinions from here.  Maybe we'll do better than DVDP's movie pick ;)

Up on the list (in no specific order)

Wow almost all those movies are unknown to me  :o
The only one that I know and own is "Donnie Brasgo", so it's the only suggestion that I can give. This is very good film about an infiltrating agent and how a case affect him (I think that it's based on a true story too)

They're all unknown to me as well except for the fact that I own them ;).  The overview on the DVD doesn't say anything about it being based on a true story but it is mentioned on IMDB.

What would be your score for it Jimmy ?

I've read the overview again which reminded me that it is based on the true and never solved "Black Dahlia" case, I didn't like that movie but I was quite intrigued by the story so I've set my choice on

Well I'd be interesting in 'The Invasion'. It's something I was looking to get.  You can keep the rest.

I never seen any of them... so I can't make a recommendation... but I also have been curios about 'The Invasion'... I am hoping to add it to my collection before too long.

I think you should watch Excalibur!  :hysterical: Seriously, I know I said I didn't really like it, but it is at least the traditional Arthurian story so it would be interesting to hear your thoughts comparing with King Arthur.

Pretty late to answer since you are probably already watching something. I was completly absorb for more than 2 hours by the Retrocrush Archive. I've not watched it since last year (something who happen frequently to me and to, I'm sure of this, many others here), but I know that I've really appreciate it. Sure it's mostly because of Al Pacino, I've never see him in something bad : I like Devil's Advocate even if Keanu Reeves is in this, many times I've thinking of buying "Author! Author!" because of him and this one is really far of what I usually watch (yes, I like it).

So for me it's a big

I have seen The Invasion at the cinema. Basically it's like The Invasion of the Body Snatchers (as if that wasn't obvious...). It was quite o.k. as a flick to see once, I have currently no interest to see it again.

If any of you should watch it: PM me and tell me how it ended, as usual I forgot

Well, I certainly wouldn't remember the content of those....

But seriously, I have a tendency to remember movies quite alright, but can't remember their endings... Makes for good repeat viewings though, as I don't know how it will end even the second time around
