Taken - Now seen this several times and it's a cracker. Neeson owns this. 4/5

Lost - Low budget 2004 movie starring Dean Cain and it's a surprisingly good little thriller. Cain puts in a decent showing and the story has enough twists to keep you with it, although I saw the ending coming. 3.5/5

The Proposition - Guy Pearce, Ray Winstone, John Hurt and Emily Watson are all brilliant. 4/5

Street Kings - Average cop thriller but with rather strong performances from Whitaker, Laurie and even Reeves. Recommended for fans of the genre. 3.5/5

The Dragon Chronicles: Fire & Ice - So so fantasy movie made for TV starring Amy Acker and John Rhys-Davies. Low budget of $3m and effects to prove it, but there is some good humour in the dialogue and it was enjoyable enough to pass the time. Nothing better than the rakes of other similar movies out there though. A generous 2.5/5

Footloose (2011) - Almost a 1:1 remake of the 80s movie with Kevin Bacon. I have not a big problem with per se. But the characters lacked intensity and chemistry. And the music and dancing wasn't that great either. I doubt I'll ever watch it again.

Stripes (1981) - Bill Murray and Harold Ramis. They are still trying to get into their stride (Ghostbusters and other movies followed) but I enjoyed it.

Just watched Men in Black I and II. This was a Blu-ray upgrade to my existing DVD's from amazon.co.uk for 9,97 GBP - so I could not resist  :D

I've watched MIB several times and I still enjoy the movies! I'm looking forward to the Blu-ray release of MIB III

Super Size Me (2004) - Seen this a couple of times now and still scary... and made me want a McDonalds.

A Very British Gangster 2 (2011) - A follow-up documentary to 2007's A Very British Gangster from Donal MacIntyre. Whilst I enjoyed the first, this was pathetic, poorly made shite. 1/5

Piranha (2010) - I still think this has been one of the better creature features of recent memory. 4/5

If only it was seriously done and not just a propaganda piece... I've been on a McDo diet (this sure beat hot-dog and pasta) when I was at the university for a year and I didn't become sick or less healthy at all, not even pass my normal weight.
