Clearly I have a different threshold for excitement than others! But I did just turn 43.

Don't worry Pete.  I won't be posting anything Brittany can't read.  And odds are there won't be any news I'd have to censor anyway.  :bag:

But it really has been a good birthday.  Found out I have $25 in Best Buy Reward Zone certificates yesterday.  Went browsing around Amazon yesterday and found Season 2 of Pushing Daisies on Blu-ray on sale (I was gonna get it anyway of course, but that was a nice find).  So cheap I was forced to grab something else off my wishlist just to get free shipping. ;D And I've not yet gotten any gift from kids or family.  Wednesday birthdays suck!

Nothing wrong with that, I am 43 as well.

My last "exciting" birthday was when I turned 30. That was practically a three day party  the last few years I don't celebrate at all, heck, even make a point of staying home alone, an option you don't really have though, Mark...

My last big birthday party was when I turned 30 as well. I can't remember the details (not only due to the fact that this event is 20 years ago...), but some of my friends do and I still have some photos to remember...  ;D

I'm 34. My last exciting birthday was around 10 years ago
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

Well, it was a good birthday.  Nothing too exciting.  Which at my age is fine by me!

I think my ideal birthday would be me, home alone, and the day off. :hysterical:

But thanks for all the nice birthday messages.  ;D

Hi, Mark, and a belated happy birthday from me.  Glad it was a good one.  In case you're wondering, you're not the oldest regular here.  That would probably be me.  My birthday is on May 7 and on my next birthday, I'll be turning 59.  I guess you can call me The Old Man Of The Cave...that's from a Twilight Zone episode if you didn't know...

Nope, whilst not as regular as you Roger, I reached the next decade to you earlier this year. sadly it wasn't noticed here as the calendar/birthday function didn't seem to be working in the early part of this year.
