I listened to an interview by IGN with one guy from Rockstar recently. In the discussion they pointed out that things like reckless driving or going on a killing spree like you would in a GTA game obviously have to be designed very differently in this one...

I guess it would all be less of a question of the game wasn't from Rockstar

I hadn't thought about that but now that you mention it .. I can't wait to see how reckless driving will be handled in the game!

That being said, Dragon Age II ... somehow, I can't get back into it during Act II ... I think it's starting to feel a little too repetitive, and not enough quests are actually advancing the story. I guess I'm also a little irked that a game based on companion relationships, decided to jump 3 years ahead with no player input at all. What the hell happened during those three years? Especially considering what happened during the last mission of Act I?

What can I say, top notch game all around. Story is compelling, action is good regardless if you go 'sneakapeak' or straight up in the middle.

FWIW, I have the feeling I should have skipped Killzone 3 (still unplayed ) and waited for this one in the first placed

FWIW, I have the feeling I should have skipped Killzone 3 (still unplayed ) and waited for this one in the first placed

...and I searched some (just because you mentioned Killzone 3) and came across this article (for xbox360 gamers).

   That together with the fact I have a number of Blu-ray discs home I can not watch definitely warrent a PS3 purchase.

Truth be told. My brother has a PS3 and he have had it for years. I just forgott about it. So, thanks for reminding me
The lack of a blu-ray player in my home is getting more annoying day by day. Getting a blu-ray setup in my price range is hard, and I don't realy need a TV. Thought about a blu-ray addon to my PC but I'm reluctant because of the driver issue (or lack there of). So, a PS3 sounds realy good. That, and there is a hole range of none-xbox360 games to explore 
...now, if I only could find a place (near me) that acctually sell that controller...

I have one in my PC, and I've had no problem whatsoever so far. Everything played without any problems.

The basicest LG I could find on NewEgg - BD-COMBO LG | UH10LS20 OEM.

And just FYI, my monitor doesn't even have an HDMI port, I'm plugged through DVI and PowerDVD reports that I am HDCP compliant (video card is ATI RADEON 4850HD).

My old sound system (basic 5.1 system with DD and DTS decoder, THX certified, COAX input) supports the DD and DTS decoding without a problem (I use the integrated sound card on my motherboard for that Asus P5Q series .. don't remember which exact model)
