Roger in the Hospital
« on: February 04, 2011, 02:15:10 AM »
I just wanted to let everyone know that Roger is in the hospital. I got this through email a couple days ago..

Quote
Just wanted to let you know Roger is in the hospital, He had a blocked artery and they put a stint in and he is doing good.  they kept him over night. he should get home by Thursday.  will keep you updated.

And then today I see...

Quote
I talked to Roger and was hoping to say that he was going home, but he is still in.  He had an episode today where he stopped breathing he said he was feeling woosey.  He is currently getting a blood transfusion.   I will let you all know more when I can.  Keep him in your thoughts.

I hope you feel better really soon Roger. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Pete

Feel better soon, Roger!
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

My thoughts and prayers are with you too Roger.

It sounds as though he is a bit anemic - hopefully the blood transfusion did the trick and he'll be out in a day or so.

I just got an update about Roger. He is getting out of the hospital today. And he will be staying with his brother and sister-in-law for a bit (not sure how long). I am not sure if they have a computer so he may or may not be online for a while.

As long as he is out of the hospital and have people to take care of him the rest isn't that important. I mean that the most important is him and his health.

And thanks for the update Pete
