For the record, I was quite excited at first. I thought you were talking about the original series and was mystified how that Blu-ray release slipped by me! Then I noticed it was for Universe. I'm still watching. Still enjoying it. But after almost a season and a half, I'm still calling this one a failed attempt. I'm just not digging on it. Yet. Wouldn't mind seeing it again on Blu-ray, but I'd call myself a casual fan at best at this point.
On the other hand, it took the wife and I a full year to finish Stargate SG-1: Season 1. It was so bad! Then it took us almost another year to finish the remaining 8 seasons. So I'm hoping this one just needs to find it's groove! Yep, being an optimist.
