Well, I've got to admit that while it looks very creative, I found a lot of the humor cheap and rather stretching.
I loved this film when I saw it at the cinema. I also went to a two-hour long talk with the creator himself Adam Elliot in my hometown when he came to visit. It was an amazing day and he is truly and inspiration to me. The story of how he went from being dirt poor and selling wooden frames in street markets, to being an Academy Award winning animator is a great one. It was great hearing it from his own mouth, but if he ever wrote a biography I would be first in line to get it. Mary and Max was a good film, I wouldn't give it a perfect rating but I still quite enjoyed it, and it had a great soundtrack. I will probably end up getting this one on blu.EDIT: I have actually seen him speak twice. Last year was when I went to the two-hour speech, but before that he also did a talk at my school. He does a lot of speeches for schools and companies etc around this area. A really funny down to earth guy.
