Usually I don't post my order, but I will do an exception with this one. This is a set that I want to buy since 2005, but the price was quite high (more than 200 $US in 2005, more or less 150 $US last year and a little over 100 $US sooner this year). Finally, I've found a real good deal for it at Amazon.uk this weekend (£23.92 with delivery, so 41,44 $CAN and probably a 10$ charge at the border). BTW the price is already higher at £23.97 plus delivery, so if you want it also act fast ;)

So what is this wished item from so long...

All those movies are included in the set

It was send this morning, do I need to say that I can't wait to get it next week ;D

Of course this is my Christmas gift for myself this year

The only Russ Meyer movie I've ever seen is Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (written by Meyer & Roger Ebert!), and I'm sad to say that I didn't like it a single bit. Of course, as you can see from my recent CK comments, that doesn't have to mean a thing, apparently I just don't get great movies. ;)

I will certainly get Beyond the Valley of the Dolls in january, since my purchase budget for december is more than spend. I don't think that you would like the others one Matthias, maybe Faster Pussycat... Kill! Kill! but I really doubt it (but if you find it cheap, it worth a try).

I came to the realization that I just spent too much this month... so I decided to cancel an order or two... unfortunately it was too late to cancel everything except...

Hex: Season 1

So I went ahead and canceled it... though I do plan on getting it at a later time.

You have seen it before, though? Because I was tricked into buying S1+2 by some describing it as the "British Buffy", which most certainly it is not.

I seen a couple of episodes of it. I agree... I definitely wouldn't call it a "British Buffy". But I would like to see the rest of the series.

I have seen the first series, when it was aired. I started watching it because it was described as "British Buffy". I didn't like it and never watched the second series.

Well, as the only actual Brit to respond thus far, and a massive Buffy fan to boot, I never heard it described as such otherwise I'd have leapt on it. "British Buffy"? My arse.  ;)

The only one I heard that applied to was ITV's Demons and I can see why, but oh my, it was terrible! In fact a quick look at that link shows it's by the producers of Hex...

I received my HD-DVD ROM this morning at work so I obviously absolutely had to go to Cine-Maison Royale to get me some and test my new drive.

It's working perfectly, I can't wait to get home and install it in my HTPC to try on a big HD screen.

No, I just hadn't thought that there would be an actual need for a HD-DVD tag when you requested it. ;)
