That is good to know... and I will let you know as my daughter (she is feeling a bit brave tonight) and I are about to watch it.

OK...ok... don't laugh. This is off a series I used to watch when I was a little kid.
No laughing from me since this is the only Batman that I own and care to have. I have it for the same reason than you and it's as fun to watch than when I was younger. If the original serie could be release it would be even greater

Is this the one with "Shark Repellant Spray"?

If so, IMHO it's bit a bit naff (not good), even by the standards of the series.

yup... that is the one. I personally enjoyed watching it again after all these years. But yeah there was a lot of ridiculous stuff in this movie (like the shark repellent spray). But hey it is the kind of stuff I grew up with... so what can I say?  :P

I have that Batman movie too.  It was ..umm...goofy, but in a fun way.

Of course I have this movie, too :)

And if you do not know it already, I can really recommend this one:

Return to the Batcave: The Misadventures of Adam and Burt

Muteki Kanban Musume (Ramen Fighter Miki) (DVD, $18.77 at DVD Pacific)
Complete blind buy. Sounds like it could be funny (or be a total disaster )
Aa Megami-sama: Sorezore no Tsubasa (DVD, $39.89 at DVD Pacific)
The second season of the great "Ah! My Goddess" series.
Kakushi Toride no San-Akunin (Hidden Fortress) (DVD, €9.97 at Amazon.de)
I have never seen it before. After recently finishing my Star Wars marathon, I have ordered this Akira Kurosawa classic, which has been the inspiration for George Lucas for the first Star Wars movie.
The Incredible Hulk (Blu-ray, €18.95 at Amazon.de)
My first Blu-ray disc. I do not even have my own player yet! Regardless I have already ordered a few others. But these are ordered from Amazon.co.uk. With the current GBP-EUR exchange rate they cost only about 15 euros each (and in addition they have a 3 for 2 special currently).

Are you saying you bought your first DVD after you bought your first DVD player...? :headscratch: :tease:

Hmmm, didn't consider that option, really. Seems like something planned, less impulsive...

I had my first DVD(s) about 2 month before first player. I was standing in the box and liked that the packaging was smaller than that of laserdiscs, so I grabbed one.

I just won this bidding on eBay:

The Omen Ultimate Evil Collection *click to see*

the seller is "new" to eBay, and the movie just sold for $1.36 plus $7 for a shipping to Indonesia. I am really gambling here with this new seller, hope nothing bad happen.

Mummy: The Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (€13 at Amazon.de)
Wouldn't have been my first choice to be one of my first Blu-Ray Discs, but I had the chance to get it for 13 euros.
