The Big Lebowski: 10th Anniversary Edition
R1-US, Universal (Sep 09, 2008)

Never seen it (not sure if I should admit that).
Watch this one first
Agreed. One of my favourite comedies and really quotable. It's about the only film where I can bring the odd line into normal conversation...

OMG... yes I know... I admit it.. I am weak.... I am just so weak! I had to go to Walmart today as I promised my daughter I would buy her a new outfit. and somehow when I went to the register a couple of DVDs found their way into my cart. I am innocent I tell ya!... but somehow I ended up with 2 movies in my bag!...

Crazy Eights: After Dark Horrorfest
Six people are brought together at the funeral of a childhood friend. While settling the estate, they discover a map, which leads them on a search for a long forgotten time capsule, at the request of their dead friend. What they discover reawakens repressed childhood traumas and leads them on a journey through their long abandoned childhood home: a home with a terrible secret and a mysterious dead girl who will lead them to their strange fates.

A complete blind buy... but I had a lot of luck with last year's After Dark Horrorfest titles so thought I would check it out. Unfortunately there is no real extras on this release... just the "Miss Horrorfest Contest Webisodes".

Lake Dead: After Dark Horrorfest
Three beautiful sisters learn of a long-lost grandfather, but only make this discovery upon the news of his grisly death. Enticed to visit grandpa's old home after hearing of an inheritance, the sisters head to the back country with some friends. We quickly follow the group of friends through the gates of a redneck infested hell. The psychotic family occupying the inherited property goes on a long-awaited, and much enjoyed killing spree. As the family's twisted motives unravel, the sisters discover a terror worse than death.

Once Again... A complete blind buy... but I had a lot of luck with last year's After Dark Horrorfest titles so thought I would check it out. Unfortunately there is no real extras on this release... just the "Miss Horrorfest Contest Webisodes".

I know that it will be hard to not watch this one immediatly and you know why  ;)
But if you can't resist you can play the chapter 11 without watching the movie as a little teaser

Or you can wait 22 other days and start your marathon with it  :P

I use DVD Pacific for my RC1 orders (I live in Germany). They ship from Florida. They have good prices and reasonable international shipping costs.

I usually use Amazon.ca Marketplace. Yes, you pay a flat 3.49# per dvd (unless it changed lately), but sometimes the prices get so low that i don't care about the 3.49$

oh and you don't pay taxes on marketplace purchases! Always a + IMO

Except for Amazon.ca no other canadian website is really good... But many american website are great if you don't forget to never go over the custom charges limit (20$). Even if the shipping is higher this is ordinary a win-win situation : the price are lower, you pay no federal or provincial taxes and the difference between our $ and their $ is not that big.

lovemunkey had compiled a list of webseller some time ago. Just follow this link
