Finally! Terminator on Blu-ray

Apparently newly remastered and region free.

Well, I'm working away for five weeks from tomorrow so all my viewing will be via Lovefilm and Netflix until then...

Usually, when I get home from working away for this length of time I have literally 100+ parcels awaiting so I guess I'll do a post as I order rather than when I receive them!

Just ordered:

Managed to nab this Blu-ray for just £1.52 delivered. Same company I ordered the German Blu of The Final Destination 3D (FD4) for a similar price expecting it to be a price mistake - but I received that one so here is hoping I get this one also.

Let us know how it looks! The first UK Blu release was an abomination.

Got a cancellation e-mail on this one for a misprice. Ah well, some you win, some you lose!

"The Young Lions" is a great period film with Marlon Brando, Montgomery Clift and the great Maximilian Schell.

Reminds me to put it on my 'to watch' list
Thank you

I'm not a big fan of the movie to be honest but want to get all of the Superbit releases and this was only £1.27 delivered from Amazon Marketplace.

Good to hear. I've never heard of it and grabbed it on the basis of the cast.

Also, one of yesterdays purchases was cancelled from the marketplace seller as out of stock :( (The Deal with William H. Macy).

Not exactly extras free but definitely extras light  :( On the back it states Creating the Terminator: Visual Effects and Music, Terminator: A Retrospective, Terminated scenes
So a making of, a look back and deleted scenes.

Still not got round to checkng this out though, hopefully over the weekend.

I hate it when they cancel :)  I haven't heard of that one and thought I had a pretty good handle on Macy's work.  I will have to look for it.

have you seen State and Main with Macy?  It is a great ensemble cast with very quirky humorous writing .. he plays a director here also
Thank you
David
