Poste Canada seems to be awfully slow since the new year had started, I'll wait for 2 packages from the United States since december...

Maybe they are negociating a new collective agreement and this is union pressure

In this case it wasn't Canada Post.  This was ordered along with 4 other movies that I received before Christmas but U-571 was back order.

It may be a puppet movie, but DO NOT show it to the kids

L'important c'est d'aimer (FR 1975, AKA The Important Thing Is To Love)
R0-US Mondo Vision (Jun 16, 2009)

Zulawski #7. I've discovered Zulawski very late and now I seem to have become almost obsessed with him. The Mondo Vision releases (3 so far) are of an especially outstanding quality, I really hope they continue with them.

Wild Child/The House Bunny/Sydney White (Amazon.co.uk)
After I had watched "She's the Man" recently, the movie "Sydney White" caught my eye when I had looked up Amanda Bynes. Then I saw this cheap set and thought I'd take the chance. "The House Bunny" stars Anna Faris, who I also enjoy watching most of the times. "Wild Child" stars Emma Roberts, who played Nancy Drew in the movie Pete reviewed recently. I have not seen that movie nor anything else with her.

The Thing Called Love (Amazon.co.uk)
Someone (Roger?) mentioned this early Sandra Bullock flick here.

I missed that original mention, but must get this dvd now

Mamma Mia! (Amazon.de)
It was a bargain. I always wondered if I would love or hate this movie.
Die Lümmel von der ersten Bank (Amazon.de)
A series of seven movies. They were released between 1968-1972 in Germany. It is about a Ferris Bueller/Parker Lewis type of student. I loved watching those movies when I was younger. I wonder how they will hold up for me today.
Lausbubengeschichten (Amazon.de)
A series of five movies, which the main star of "Die Lümmel von der ersten Bank" did previously. I am not sure if I had ever seen them. It is about a prankster boy.

So I went out and got Akira today. I've been wanting to see it for a long time and as an anime fan find it somewhat shameful to admit that I still haven't watched it  :bag:. Jon's recent review of it also made me go out and get it sooner.

I doubt it will. When we were young they were funny, well, maybe the first one still is, but they got more and more infantile as the series progressed.

I have this one. I suppose you will be focusing on the opening scene for your saddest moment?

Jimmy, I now have all the seasons and both movies..;)
But do you need to buy the last movie two times?  :tease:

Now you're ready to start a real X-Files marathon
But don't count on me for doing it right now... certainly not before 2011.

 :hysterical:
No I didn't get it twice.  Not sure why I posted it twice.
