I got the email too (monday I think...). Usually getting a package here from the UK is faster than getting one from the US (don't ask me why...), so I will probably getting it wednesnay or thursday next week.

Not that I have nothing to watch while I wait

Edit : This morning I'm watching the first season of The Office. Of course it wasn't too long to pass an order for the next one... 6 episodes is very short :(

Is that the US The Office or the original with Ricky Gervais?

It's an interesting show in that it was remade in several countries to adapt to local sensibilities. Interestingly only the original has shown the restraint to finish after two series avoiding it to become stale.

The US version. I've never seen the original (usually British humor don't work with me unless it's Benny Hill) and even less the French Canadian one from some years ago...

The US one as a big positive for me Jenna Fischer... nothing can beat a natural beauty

I saw the first season and aw disappointed that it mainly coped te original story. I remember Tom saying that starting with season 2 they dd their own thing and it became even better (not than the original btu than season 1).

The "cringe humor" of the British original certainly isn't for everyone...

I have to admit, that overall I even enjoyed the US version better than the UK version. In my opinion the US version had its high point from season 3-6. My favorite scenes were always the ones with Pam (Jenna) and Jim. After season 6 it gets sometimes too silly even for my taste.

My 900th movie:

Pulp Fiction (1994)

11 Feb - €16.99 @ Drogerie Müller

Actually, that's not true anymore. After doing my DVD Inventory I decided to once again get rid of DVDs which I replaced with better versions or Blu-rays. All in all I've given away 31 DVDs and Blu-rays to friends this time.

This I got yesterday:

Leverage: Season 3 (2010)

22 Mar - €0.00 ($23.99) @ Amazon.com (paid via gift certificate)
