Yeah, I heard about that documentary and I fancy seeing it. The Wicker Man did a have a fraught history so there should be some good stuff in it.

I posted on my blog the other day that I was going to reorganize  my DVD collection and start putting them in binders...I know, you all probably think it's sacrilegious to get rid of my original cases but I don't have all that much space.  Anyway, an online friend said he had an extra binder that would hold 520 DVDs and he would send it to me.  His package came today and he actually sent me TWO binders!  This is definitely going to open up a lot of space on my shelves!   :o

I'll start storing them in totes before I take them out of the cases.  I don't want to do that either since it would take longer to find what I want, but I'd still have my cases that way.

Saturday Night Live: The Best of Amy Poehler ($13.41 at DVD Pacific)
I have given up buying the season sets after two seasons (too pricey and most of the skits are boring), but I will still buy the occational Best of release.

I had to revert to the use of 1000 disc aluminium storage cases some time ago, although I would never dispose of the original cases, now safely stored and boxed in my loft.
My shelves are now the sole domain for my tv series and special edition sets (and now of course blu-rays)

What did you think of the Wizard of Oz set you bought? I got mine a week or so ago. I was pleasantly surprised with the contents. I'm looking forward to the Gone with the Wind set coming out soon, especially since I've never seen the movie!
