The trailer looks ok. Nice gag from Chan with a play on Mr. Miyagi's original catching fly with chopsticks... But the film is off to a bad start straight-away. Why are they still calling it Karate Kid? Chan is Chinese and they're are multiple references to Kung-Fu in the trailer, so it doesn't make sense.Or perhaps the plot has changed. Perhaps Jaden encounters bullies and gets taught Karate by a kindly old Japanese guy, goes back to school and still gets beaten up, so Jackie Chan finds him and says, "stop trying to use Karate rubbish. I teach you proper way to kick ass!". And so he teaches The Karate Kid, Kung-Fu...
Technically, karate is a relative term, and the are many forms of it throughout the world, Kung Fu being one form. At least that's how I see it.
