Well, since the last reply, my cable company did finally start giving me The Biography Channel...it only took about a half-year longer than they promosed!  On the downside, they also lived up to the news I started this thread off as well...they removed the Encore MoviePlex channel.  It's not a favorite channel of mine and it's not that big a loss except that I liked to watch it on Wednesdays sometimes since that's the day the channel is devoted to westerns.  Luckily, I have my own western collection so I can still saddle up whenever I feel like it.  Let's ride!  :tease:

I don't like it when they remove channels.... although ive also found that sometimes they have been re branded and moved :/

I don't like it either (obviously...?). Once they shifted all my (few) English speaking channels and I was getting really nervous until I found them in their new spot.

Only time I was glad (not at first, but after thinking about it) when they took away the channel that had a bunch of American TV shows, like Friends and Frasier. I quickly realized though that I hadn't lost entertainment, I gained more time for other stuff :laugh:
