Thanks Jimmy.... I first met that family when I was only 12 years old. I actually was shocked earlier when I realized I known him for 31 years!

First.... a little bad news. My father-in-law (Brittany's grandfather) passed away this past week. So we had a funeral to go to today. Which is why you haven't seen many posts from me today. When I got home there was a message waiting for me... entitled Christmas in June. This message was from a dear friend of mine. One of the sweetest people to walk the Earth. She told me that she wouldn't be able to do Christmas this year due to things out of her control... so she wanted to send me a present now while she still could. Telling me to watch for a package.  ;D

My friend gave me a tracking number first thing this morning... I just tracked the package (FedEx). It is on the truck for delivery! It just shipped yesterday!  Next day delivery!

Can't wait for it to arrive so I can see what she got me!

Just found out that a friend will be sending me the following soon...

Love Object

Kenneth was in love from the minute he took Nikki out of her box. Anatomically correct, complete with instructions and 100% lifelike silicone, she was exactly as she had ordered. With his new found love, Kenneth's once desolate and lonely life took a turn for the better and everyone noticed... including Lisa. But spending more time with Lisa meant spending less time with Nikki, and it wasn't long before Kenneth realized that Nikki was a doll with some evil intentions
Botched

Shocks, suspense, surprise – and plenty of the splatter that matters. From a filmmaking collaboration that includes Joel Silver's Zinc Entertainment comes a deliriously bent horror-comedy spree.

Stephen Dorff plays Richie, a for-hire thief sent to Moscow to steal a priceless artifact from a penthouse. Get in, get out, go home to L.A. – what could go wrong? Short answer: everything. Longer answer: beheadings, impalings and a feverish shock-'til-you-drop bid to survive. Trapped on the high-rises's eerie 13th floor, Ritchie and others (including Jaime Murray) become hide-and-shriek playthings of the twisted heirs of Ivan the Terrible. Welcome to their bizarre little slayground, Ritchie. Fight back. Or rest in pieces.

"Cheers" .. what a great show.  Although Woody Harrelson did a great job as "Woody" it just wasn't the same after Coach (Nicholas Colasanto) died.

Great show .. with a lot of laughs for it's 11 years.
Thank you

I watched Cheers when it originally aired and I liked it...but I got burned out on it thanks to all the reruns over the years.  Other shows I can keep watching, but that one not so much.

Now forging his way through a bleak wilderness fraught with danger and conspiracy, Jeremiah and his most trusted friend, Kurdy (Malcolm-Jamal Warner), are plunged into thrilling adventures that test every facet of their humanity...and ultimately the fate of the human race itself!

EPISODES:
[1] The Long Road
[2] Man of Iron, Woman Under Glass
[3] ...And the Ground, Sown With Salt
[4] To Sail Beyond the Stars
[5] The Bag

[14] Ring of Truth
[15] Moon in Gemini
[16] Out of the Ashes
[17] A Means to an End
[18] Things Left Unsaid - Part One
[19] Things Left Unsaid - Part Two

Never seen anything on this series before... but I must say it sounds interesting.  :)

"Jeremiah" was a great series.  Both Luke Perry and Malcolm-Jamal Warner did a great job.  Another example of a series that took too long to gain an audience.

Slight change to what I am expecting... my friend won't be able to send me Botched after all. And instead of Cheers: Seasons 1 & 2... I am actually getting Cheers: Seasons 1 & 3.

Then I also found out I will be getting...

Mad Men: Season Two

The Golden Globe®-winning series for Best TV Drama two years in a row continues to blur the lines between truth and lies, perception and reality.  In its second season, the world of MAD MEN is moving in a new direction - can sterling cooper keep up? Meanwhile, the private life of Don Draper becomes complicated in a new way. What is the cost of his secret identity?

Winnder of six Emmys®, MAD MEN is the groundbreaking series from AMC that critics are calling one of TV's best-ever dramas.

201. For Those Who Think Young
202. Flight 1
203. The Benefactor
204. Three Sundays
205. The New Girl
206. Maidenform
207. The Gold Violin
208. A Night to Remember
209. Six Month Leave
210. The Inheritance
211. The Jet Set
212. The Mountain King
213. Meditations in an Emergency
Mad Men: Season Three

Season three of MAD MEN, Primetime Emmy* winner for Outstanding Drama Series two years in a row, is bursting with one scandalous surprise after another. Jon Hamm and the rest of the award-winning ensemble contend with a world on the brink. Welcome to MAD MEN - a shocking portrait of a time that was anything but innocent. Nothing is as sexy. Nothing is as provocative. Nothing is as it seems.
Mad Men: Season Four

Season Four of MAD MEN, three-time Emmy®  winner for Outstanding Drama Series and winner of three consecutive Golden Globes®, returns for a new year rife with possibilities. Last season stunned fans with its cliff-hanger finale, as Don Draper's professional and personal lives unexpectedly imploded. In Season 4, Jon Hamm and the rest of the breakout ensemble continue to captivate us as they grapple with an uncertain new reality.
Mad Men: Season One

Where the truth lies

In the glamorous and ego-driven world of advertising, everyone is selling something and nothing is ever what it seems. Set in 1960 New York, MAD MEN reveals the lives of the ruthlessly competitive men and women of Madison Avenue’s “Golden Age” where key players make an art of the sell while their private world gets sold. And no one plays the game better than Don Draper (Golden Globe®-winner Jon Hamm), the biggest ad man - and ladies’ man - in the business.

I never seen a single episode of this series... but have heard good things.

As I mentioned in the other thread... I am in the middle of doing a trade for some doubles I have and such.... I sent them out Monday... so I am hoping to have mine by sometime next week. I am doing this trade with a store... but I have a friend that works there who is helping me out with the trade. This morning I wake up to the message that she put in 4 bonus movies for me... Wouldn't tell me the titles... but did give me clues to what they are.... problem is... the clues are not easy! Here is what she told me...

Clues:
all are relatively new releases
one is a sequel to a film you own
one is a sort-of sequel to a film you don't own
one might involve an apple in the plot
and one has pink on the cover

So here I am... being tortured again! Why do people love to torture me so!

I figured out the first movie... Clue: Sequel to a movie you own... I am getting...

Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

NICOLAS CAGE returns as Johnny Blaze in Ghost Rider™ Spirit of Vengeance. Still struggling with his curse as the devil's bounty hunter, Johnny is hiding out in a remote part of Europe  when he is recruited by a secret sect of the church to save a young boy from the devil. At first, Johnny is reluctant to embrace the power of the Ghost Rider, but it is the only way to protect the boy and possibly rid himself of his curse forever.

I figured out 2 more of the titles...

Clue: one is a sort-of sequel to a film you don't own

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island

In this follow-up to the hit Journey to the Center of the Earth, 17-year-old Sean (Josh Hutcherson, reprising his role from the first film) receives a coded distress signal from a mysterious island – a place of bizarre and dangerous life forms, deadly volcanoes and astonishing secrets! Unable to stop him, Sean's stepfather (Dwayne Johnson) joins the quest. Together with a helicopter pilot (Luis Guzmán) and his beautiful, strong-willed daughter (Vanessa Hudgens), they set out to find the island, rescue its lone human inhabitant and escape before seismic shockwaves swallow the island and bury its treasures forever.

Clue: one might involve an apple in the plot

Mirror Mirror

One of the world's most beloved fairy tales takes a hilarious turn in this fresh, exciting film staring Oscar® Winner* Julia Roberts.

After she spends all her money, an evil enchantress queen (Roberts) schemes to marry a handsome, wealty prince (The Social Network's Armie Hammer). There's just one problem – he's in love with a beautiful princess, Snow White (Lily Collins, The Blind Side). Now joined by seven rebelious dwarves, Snow White launches an epic battle of good vs. evil in this funny, magical movie that the whole family will love.

*2000, Actress, Erin Brockovich

I am stuck on the pink cover one still!... but I am begging for an additional clue now! :P

FINALLY!!!... finally after searching the net off and on all day... I finally got the last clue!...

Clue: One has pink on the cover

The Vow

Inspired by a true story, The Vow is the tale of a love that refuses to be forgotten. Leo (Channing Tatum, Dear John) is devastated when a car accident plunges his wife Paige (Rachel McAdams, The Notebook) into a deep coma. She miraculously recovers – but the last five years of her memories have vanished. Suddenly, Leo finds himself married to a stranger who can't remember anything about him. Naively, Paige falls back under the influence of her controlling parents (Sam Neill and Jessica Lange) and reconnects with her ex-fiancé (Scott Speedman). Desperately, Leo tries to recreate the moments that shaped their romance. Can he rekindle the passion before he loses Paige forever?

I can finally relax again now! I swear... I get so obsessive when I get tortured with clues like this!  :bag:
