In many cases I may have seen the films either in cinema or on TV, but only mark in my collection as viewed when I have watched the DVD.

You know what's really scary? Find out the total value of all your unwatched DVDs. In other words, the wad of cash you gave away just fill a shelf. I did, and from conversations in the past I think my unwatched pile is significantly smaller than most. But it was still ridiculous!
