Bloody hell, that Captain America looks to be about as bad as it gets.

I mean, really?  ??? There was one made in 1990 which was terrible, but still better than this.

 Yeah... that is about the size of it. That is the type of cheesy stuff we grew up on at that time. The purchase is mostly nostalgia for me more then anything else. But because of that I am really looking forward to watching them again... more so after watching that clip!

I can't give that shite any credit and I doubt any one involved in its production does either. Selling it on DVD is simply vulgar and dishonest, to cash in on the new one. By all accounts the Marvel production isn't perfect, but... and here's the rub... it respects the character and its history.

What I find fascinating is that you rarely stomach any notion of a remake, yet you will support something like this as fun when it virtually rapes the comic to take advantage of the name? This is worst kind of film and should be forgotten!

Comic book superhero movies are supposed to be fun not boringly serious and depressing in my book.

BTW the Spider-Man TV Series linked in the Captain America extract you post look fricking cool!!! Hope this one will be release one day too ;D

Now another pre-order for november

As I loved my first experience with the Katarina's Nightmare Theatre line I have no choice but supporting another good effort by an indie label.

It won't happen so don't count on it...
It belongs to MGM and they don't release dvd anymore, only crappy MOD-DVDR
Future World is release only because the european rights belong to someone else than MGM (they have only the North American one). I think the German rights belongs to Constantin Film.

Unless a German soundtrack is a necessity (or a Blu-ray), there is a Westworld DVD release in the UK (from 2008). It does at least English subtitles.
