It's ironic you just ordered All-Star Superman because I just read yesterday that Dwayne McDuffie, one of the men behind the animated DVD of that, just passed away.  I don't think he was all that old, either.  He created several black heroes including Static and had worked on other animated projects for DC Comics including Justice League Unlimited.  I need to get that All-Star Superman DVD myself.

Interesting. The first two are written by Grant Morrison and drawn by Frank Quitely. I know both very well through their 2000ad work.

In fact, Karsten, if you like Morrison's writing, look up Zenith which you can get in collected editions. It was an interesting twist on the superhero genre that he wrote for 2000ad years ago and is a recognised classic, amongst the best the comic produced. I have a funny feeling it would be up your street... :hmmmm:

Agreed.
I hope that Amazon only published a provisional cover and that the actual release looks better.

I wasn't able to resist and I've add this to my pre-order of Supervan / Jailbait Babysitter and one those 12 movies set for next week.

Where Time Began / Encounters with the Unkown

Pete Encounters with the Unknown is an horror anthology and I know you usually like them, so maybe this one could interest you.

Not movie related at all but I just did the pre-order for the only computer game I play as I do every year at this period.

Wich is Out of the Park Baseball as all the long time members know already.

and for those with a very long memory I always works on the FaceGen modification pack team. We have more or less 14000 players done and at this day I've done all the players from 1871 to 1929 (more or less 5000 of them) and all those who played for the Montreal Expos.

Did a couple of pre-orders tonight.

Firstly

Mothers Day
This one is also available on Blu-Ray, but a regular dvd is more than enough for a Troma films (at least for me)

The Last Chase (30th Anniversary Director's cut)
This one looks awesome just check the synopsis ;D
This sci-fi adventure based in the future of the US, the only  transportation available is public transit. The oil supply has  dried up, so an increasingly totalitarian government has  ordered all personal vehicles be impounded by law. Franklyn  Hart, a former race car driver, isn’t happy with the law, so he reassembles his race car and sets out for “Free California”, which has broken away  from the new regime. He is aided by a tech savvy teen, who  feels alienated by the new “social” society.

The government  finds out about Franklyn’s plans and hires an old pilot to find  him and take him out on his way to “freedom” – using a fully  armed fighter jet!  It’s machine vs. machine as The Last Chase  is on!

Second one

Brute Corps
Can't wait to get this one since I saw the trailer of this film years ago and of course since I'm a big fan of Alex Rocco it was a must have.

Supervan / Jailbait Babysitter
Does it feels like a déjà vu? it was supposed to be release this week, but it's delayed for a may release and of course I replace it in a new order.

A chance the title is in bold or I wouldn't have the slightest idea of what you have pre-ordered :tease:
