The flaw I am talking about is in one scene two girls are shown driving in the car, with the driver on the left side of the car....Maybe Wombat will be able to shed some light on this for me.

Haha no, there was actually a tourism ad directed by him. It was to do with the film Australia though as they were both released at about the same time, and both starred the same young aboriginal boy in it. The film itself was probably part of the larger campaign but this is the ad I was talking about:
