I thought this was hilarious. A policeman in Russia pulls over a car on a highway (most likely for only having one headlight working) until a pack of wolves runs across the road. So what does the cop do?

All I can say is those women have a perfect right to exercise their first amendment rights...and so does he.  This is a complex issue that cannot be condensed into a two minute video!
