Cool... I only ever seen the first couple seasons of that show. I really should see about getting that set (or the seperate releases if cheaper) to see what I missed... it was a pretty good show if I remember right.

It is a good show.  Pretty funny.
Amazon had the set for the entire series on sale for $81.99 on Thursday..one of the gold box deal things.  I've been watching it for a while, so I grabbed it when I saw it at that price.  Most of the time it is about $175 I think.
There is a nice little book with the set.  The case is cool looking and all the cases for the seasons are made to look sort of like old record cases.  Inside each box, each disc is in a little sleeve like 45s use to come in.

that sounds pretty cool. But there is no way I could pay that much at once for it. So I will probably get the separate sets eventually. Unless I find a good sale like you did (when I have the money).  :P

I wasn't willing to pay that much for it either, which is why I have been watching the price at Amazon on it for months.  I think it was in December when I found out that the set was available, and I started watching the price then.  I probably really shouldn't have spent the  money last week on it either, but I just couldn't resist the price.

I don't blame you there... if I had it at the time I would have grabbed it too.

I've started checking the daily specials at Amazon every day ..probably since around December as well.  Every so often there is a really good one for DVDs.

I have V...I still need to get the series and The Final Battle.  I really liked that show..that was another one that I was annoyed by it be canceled.
I have heard that a new V series is in the works.  I don't know if it is supposed to retell the things from the original or if it is new stuff.
