I've watched Medium and Ghost Whisperer occasionally. I think the former is marvellous and each episode seems fairly unique and it's acted and written very well. Quietly brilliant and I keep meaning to pick up the first season. On the other, GW is dreadful. I keep thinking I'm just catching the same episode! But I'm not. There's just no variety and it's very weak. Some of the actors could be nailed together and make a nice cupboard, they're so wooden. Reminds me of Tru Calling...  :tease:

So I'm not surprised by it going at all. Medium is much better and shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence.

Top ratings don't always mean renewal. It depends on how much profit there is., nothing more. Even if a show wins it time slot if it costs more to make than they can charge for commercials then it's a gonner. Without a Trace was one such show. I don't know if it "won" all the time but it did do well consistently every week. Just too expensive to produce.

I never watched Ghost Whisperer. Now that it's cancelled I hope they come out with a nice complete series box set.  I will certainly add that one.

CBS is moving Big Bang Theory to Thursday??  I hate when networks start doing that crap.  I have a bad feeling about this.

I don't like it that it's positioned against Community. I like both series.

And Bones...though I am getting closer to giving up on that one.  But still.  It really ticks me off when networks do this.  They have a show that is doing great in a certain time slot, so they go and start bouncing it around the schedule...try to knock off other popular shows on other networks.  All it does and lead to good shows getting canceled too soon.

I'm thrilled that Big Bang is back of course..but ticked about the time change.  I think the show works better at 9:30.  I missed the show too often when it was on at 8:00 before.
