I really enjoy reading the comments posted by everyone and I don't want this thread to get lost. Since no one has suggested a topic, I will. Eric mentioned long ago about discussing Soylent Green, I would like this to be the next movie to be analyzed. I haven't seen it in many years so I will go out tomorrow and buy it; one more to cross off my wish list! I hope this will be all right with everyone.

I would love to discuss that movie.  It's amazin how we're heading exactly for what was described in this movie 40 years ago.

Of the list Richie posted I will buy and watch:
Bourne Ultimatum
Die Hard 4
Rescue Dawn

Any of the above would work.

Could always do a Christmas classic like It's a Wonderful Life as well

I'm a fan of the "Bourne" movies so I'll definitely get that.  I'm not sure I would normally buy Die Hard 4 but I already have the 1st three so I'll probably get it just to complete the series.

I am interested Kathy and I'm sure others are.  Obviously this wasn't a success but I still think there's a good potential in this idea to make something interesting.  We just need to find and easier and more efficient way of choosing a movie.

If it's too difficult to come up with a specific one maybe we can propose a choice of movies around a common subject.  It would make it easier for everyone to choose something they feel like watching.  It could even make the discussions even more interesting because the different ways the subject is treated in each movie.

Interesting you saying that, Eric, because I was thinking about the different ways revenge is dealt with after finally watching In The Bedroom. Make sure you watch Get Carter (I think that scrapes in!) and there's a nice little group being formed right there.
