Marie,

Your "teacher" needs to go back to school and take some leadership classes. People learn things in different ways and the teaching model needs to accommodate all styles of learning.

Don't feel bad, she is just ignorant. You might want to do a little research on the topic and send it to her.

Or better yet, take it to her supervisor. This type of harassment is unacceptable in the work place and should not be tolerated. It is bad for business.

I know of other people that have issues with her too.  One of the other managers saw when she started arguing with me last week..she said she - the one teaching - didn't mean anything by it. That may be, but it shouldn't happen.  That day I didn't say anything during the training.  Usually I'll say things during the training..answer questions or whatever..but I didn't say one word that day.

I think we have to have at least one more training session...not sure when yet..I hope she isn't teaching.  I may try to find out tomorrow when I go in.
