Super Size Me (2004) - Seen this a couple of times now and still scary... and made me want a McDonalds.
If only it was seriously done and not just a propaganda piece... I've been on a McDo diet (this sure beat hot-dog and pasta) when I was at the university for a year and I didn't become sick or less healthy at all, not even pass my normal weight.

Yeah, I would agree it is one sided but to say that you ate McDonalds for a year and it didn't make you less healthy is just nuts Jimmy... Really? You could get away with it once or maybe even twice a week with a well rounded diet, but there is no way you could eat it every day and not suffer from poorer health, whether it be higher cholestrel or similar (I don't mind McD's and will eat it, I prefer Burger King though which is apparently even worse for you!). :tease: I do agree that this documentary is one sided for the most, but at least they did allow the guy that has eaten 19000 big macs to have his say and the guy who lost a shitload of weight eating just subways. He also gave MacDonalds a chance to give their say, but they refused. Still, it is an interesting documentary IMO, and the results of him eating 90 MacDonalds meals over 30 days are not surprising.

The Adjustment Bureau (2011) - I'm a fan of the story and missed this last year. Silly move as I quite enjoyed it and thought Damon and Blunt made a good pairing. Nolfi did a good job bringing it to screen and not letting the 'romance' get in the way. 3.5/5

Only Big Mac, all dressed pizza (Salvatore and Mikes), Subway Grilled Chicken submarine with all the extras, beer, coke and a lot of walking for a year... as I said not a single health problem. Of course I was more younger and the key word is walking, with exercise you can eat whatever you want and you won't get sick or go overweight (never been in my life and I sure eat a lot of stuff who is supposed to be bad).

My brother got the new Katherine Heigl movie One for the Money from Netflix. I watched it this morning. I enjoyed it... can see myself adding it to my collection at some point... but I was expecting more from it.
