Going to be in 3D but hey, at least Beckinsale is back. Due out January 2012, directed by Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein on a script by "The Shield" scribe John Hlavin.

Plot:

After being held in a coma-like state for fifteen years, vampire Selene learns that she has a fourteen-year-old vampire/Lycan hybrid daughter, Nissa, and when she finds her they must stop BioCom from creating super Lycans that will kill them all.

Well, I really liked the first two and found the third to be enjoyable but not as good. Glad Beckinsale is back for this one and the fact it is written by Hlavin (The Shield is my fave TV show of all-time) is a huge plus for me.

I liked the first one and the sequel I could just about accept, but I never bothered with the last one. Poor Kate Beckinsale, reduced to this. I know you're being optimistic, but if this is anything more than barely watchable shit I'll be very surprised!

I liked the first two fairly well.  I haven't seen the third one. I'll get to it someday.
