Topic: German Translation Needed

I've been listening to Last.Fm recently while working. It has good music and uses almost no resources as it's playing (unlike WMP). One of my favorite radio stations is the Michael Buble station. I frequently hear songs on that station from a German artist named Roger Cicero.

Mr. Cicero is phenomenal I should add. Almost makes me want to learn German just to know what he's singing about.  There is one song that I would like to know what the name of it is. It is called "Frauen regier'n die Welt"

Google translates that as "Women regier'n the world" Babelfish gives me "Mrs. regier' n the world". I'm guessing the "regier' n" is some sort of slang possibly? Or just a word that doesn't translate?

Can one of my German speaking compadres help me out with a translation that makes sense?

regier'n = regieren = to rule/govern/reign
Frauen regieren die Welt = Women rule the world

As goodguy pointed out, we use the apostroph in much the same way you do - to leave characters out.

So when you don't find it, simply leave the apostroph out and hope that the dictionary will point you to the right word.

Sie reitet mit ihrem Hüpfball weiter durch die Stadt und stößt auf das Ehepaar, das immer noch versucht, zum Höhepunkt zu kommen. Als sie erscheint, wird sie gegen ihren Willen in die gegenseitige Befriedigung gezogen.

Batpussy is an US-american porno from 1973 which tried to spoof Batman. The film received some level of cult status because of its bad production values.D

Synopsis:
The film opens with a prologue (Achim: maybe just text screens), explaining that the following film is for adults only.

While a married couple tries to please each other, Batpussy waits for the next mission to protect Gotham from the next crime. When she can no longer stand the waiting, she jumps onto her jumping ball (Achim you know, those rubber balls, maybe 60-70cm in diameter, you sit on and jump around with) in order to look for thugs in the vicinity. She successfully defeats a rapist.

She continues to jump around on her jumping ball through town and eventually meets the married couple, who are still trying to reach the climax. When she appears, she is included in the couples efforts against her will.

Background Information:
The film itself is a low budget production, which only became famous though the intenet and a YouTube-trailer of the webpage Something Weird Video. Following a petition on the site the film was put onto DVD. Curretnly the is a new petiton for a Special Edition release.
