DVD Inventory
« on: February 25, 2010, 09:37:19 PM »
Since I am planning to an inventory myself and this guy asked for it, I wrote a small app where you can scan your collection with a barcode scanner (or enter the UPCs for that matter) and it will remove them from the list, effectively showing what you are missing and what you haven't entered.

Woohoo!! Thanks for that!

I used to do it with a plugin I found that would flag the scanned UPC, which I could then revert and see what I didn't scan. I works, but it's not optimal. This looks to be much better!  Thanks!

Especially since I was considering taking inventory myself, because I think I may have lost a DVD ....

Can you write a version for Android and sync it with my desktop Profiler?   :tease: ;) I could use my phone to scan the shelves. How cool would that be?

Years ago I wrote a version for Windows Mobile. But that was manual labour without any scanning. Sorry. :(

The XML format of the new version 3.6.0 seems to have become stable, so I released a new version compatible with DVD Profiler 3.6.0. As always, it can be found under http://doena-soft.de/dvdprofiler/index_en.php.
