Haven't we had a similar discussion before? I seem to remember one of you struggling to send something because it was over 20mm thick, whereas in the UK, you're allowed up to 25mm for letters.

Eric had used the wrong enveloppe, with the regular one 3.49$ would have been enough for the postage. This isn't for nothing if Caiman always used those cheap "box" when they send an order bought from marketplace.
