I find that terribly funny.
The
OSCE is sending election observers to Germany for the coming parliament elections.
This is due to some decisions the Bundeswahlleiter (chieftain who decides which parties are eligible for election) who threw some parties out because they were either meant as a joke or lost their right to be a party due to financial issues and some other stuff.
