Nothing that I know that will be to hard to hold :

1. Calling my familly more often (I hate talking on the phone)
2. Continue to decrease my smoking habit (I'm now at 3 days with a pack, better than one pack a day as it was one year ago)

Mine are:

1) Spend less - be it on DVD, restaurant or any "luxuries".
2) Lose weight (but that one is almost a lost cause......)

my main thing would be to loose weight... I could stand to loose a good 150lbs. But it is easier said then done.

Almost all of you talk about loosing weight, do you know that some people are jealous of that? Because of my metabolism I can't pass 130 pounds whatever I try and I've never reach this target again since my army rookie training in 1990  ::)

I've even passed a complete year when I was an university student eating only fast food (McDo, Subway, Salvatore, Rodi,...), drinking a lot of beer and didn't pass 120 pounds (not even a beer belly).

I'm here at 5'2'' and 120 pounds eating my 3 meals/day, careless about grease, walking everyday and I can't go over this limit. OK this is in the range of the healty weight for a little guy like me, but I wouldn't say no to another 20 pounds.

But not when you're 1.76m (5' 9") and you weigh 125kg (275lbs).

I don't really make resolutions...but I do need to lose weight.  I had been slowly losing some for a while..then I gained some of it back last year.  :(  I need to start using my exercise bike again.  I should try to eat a bit better too..not that I just eat junk as it is..but there are times when I just grab whatever because it is quick..and that thing usually has tons of calories and fat.

I'll go with this one, please. Including the "gonna be tough" part.

Last year's resolution was to quit smoking and I have basically quit in March and am 100% clean since June. :yu:

I don't make resolutions. I'm pretty happy and usually do the things I set out to do.
