Just past 1100 numbered items today. 159 unwatched, 76 never seen before and lately I feel like I buying a lot without actually watching them.  Maybe that mean something!?

I mean, like http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/VibroCount... do we just list it somewhere, or need we go to the "Other Place" to see each others' collections?

Hehe, yea that would get the watched pile down a bit only, I would probably never complete any marathon I join because I'm a spur of the moment kind of a guy, and I would probably watch something completely different then set out to watch. Besides, I suck at writing reviews where those are required. Thanks for suggesting it, though.

Hehe, yea that would get the watched pile down a bit only, I would probably never complete any marathon I join because I'm a spur of the moment kind of a guy, and I would probably watch something completely different then set out to watch. Besides, I suck at writing reviews where those are required. Thanks for suggesting it, though.

No reviews required - I'd be stuffed it that were the case 

Have a go at the Xmas half marathon - Just 12 films or TV episodes linked, however thinly, to Xmas. 

I might have to stalk you if you don't sign up to the marathon

I've enjoyed the marathons so far and the resulting discussions. They have led to more than acouple of titlesbeing added to the wish list.

Well, with the last two orders (well, the second to last one was enough), I just changed category! I'm now in the 1,500-1,999 Club!

I broke 1,500 today! I now have 1,504 titles in my collection!... that is counting every TV Season/Series set as 1 and every movie set as 1.

Welcome up here, you are a true addict! I have been going through my collection and renumbering the same way. Too many comments from family about how "many" DVDs I have and why would anyone "need" that many. Got tired of trying to explain that however many or few I had, it was right for me and what I had was what I wanted. Now I just look at them and get ready to say no to the next question that is inevitably coming.

Congratulations Pete.  That's almost 4 times as much as me .  I was close to 500.......or so I thought but last sunday I cleaned up my collection numbers and found out I really only have 404 if I count the same way you did
