I really enjoyed 'An Adventure in Space and Time'.  I thought it was very well done and nice to learn a couple bits that i hadn't known.
Thank you
David

I really liked it too.  I didn't know anything about how the series began.  The cast was great.

I recently got my final Christmas card of 2013.  It is from a guy in Canada who I know from a couple other message boards like this one (though I've pretty much quit one of those).  The card came in a package which also included a Blu-ray movie, Chaplin.  I've wanted to see this movie for at least a few years so now I can...but now I'll have to get a new Blu-ray player first.

I have mixed feelings about Robert Downey, Jr in general, but he does a really good job in Chaplin. I liked the film very much. A good reason for investing in a BD player.

I actually have many other Blu titles...my last Blu player has given me a lot of problems so that's the main reason I need a new one.  Maybe I'll start a new thread asking for recommendations?

Robert Downey Jr really has had some ups and downs .. personally and professionally.  But generally he is a fun watch.  And like Johnny Depp (re Benny and Joon, he seems to channel good bits from Chaplin himself.  Very good film
Thank you

My New Years resolution didn't even last a month...  :surrender:
I promised myself to finish several unwatched TV shows before I bought any new ones.

I didn't watch it when it was on TV, because I didn't think it sounded like something I would enjoy. Then when I started to hear everybody raving about it I thought I'd wait and get Season 1 on DVD to see if it was something for me. Then I never got around to it, but now I just couldn't resist buying the whole thing on blu.

I have to admit ... though I am not much of a 'fart humor' kind of guy, I found this pretty funny in spots.  Guess the boy really isn't far from the man :)

Hehe, well. I bought it mainly because of Jennifer Aniston. I've been a big fan of her since Friends  :-[
