Topic: Mike & Molly Season 4

I thought the show was quite funny the first three years.

Of course they had repetitive jokes about Mike's waist and whatshername (the sister) being a stoner but I thought it was funny.

Now they seemed to have watched all of Melissa McCarthy's comedy movies and decided that pure physical slapstick is the way to go.

And it's just not funny anymore it's just her kicking a sitting ball around and things getting smashed

I saw the previews saying the new Mike and Molly before the season started and wondered what the heck was up with that.  The show was good before. 
I have only seen a few episodes of this season, but I've liked them.  I thought the one from last night was funny - Rear Window stuff going on. 

It does seem that they are trying to ....focus more on her now since McCarthy had 2 movies that were big this year - Identity Thief and The Heat...and she did a lot of physical comedy in both of them..so I guess they are trying to attract the people that liked those movies.
