Ahh, this heat is killing me! This summer is a record summer in Norway. So havent been able to do too much really But anyways, over to Castle! Alot of interesting spoilers is out! Alot of interesting in the spoilersection at the other forum aswell. And there is a interview with Andy and the new showrunner. And you should read that if you havent allready. They talk about the new season coming up etc. I think it would ease your mind if you read it. Great interview! And from what i've been reading it will be real good the next season. And it looks like it wont be any two parter. Looks like S07E01 will be the part two. And the whole thing will be rapped up in the end of the first episode..

I checked out the forum and I think I found the interview. 
Nothing too big in any of it.  Now if all the mess with Rick is wrapped up in the first episode, that will make me very happy.  Fix that mess and move on.
I saw that the new guy said nothing too different would happen..not going to suddenly pull the rug out from under fans - well...I think he is a tad late with that.  They already sort of did that with the last few minutes of the finale.  If they want to introduce something new, have it.  I just am not liking the way they are going about it. 

I still haven't watched the finale again yet.  No idea when I will at the moment either.  It still does not sit well with me.  But that's just me.

Just watched that. And it looks like your wedding will be sooner rather then later? That must make you happy? And with all the spoilers and stuff, they all say one thing and that is. Rick and Kate will be stronger then ever. This accident wont break them apart or anything. And maby you will get your wedding in this season? And from what i've read it looks like the car accident will be resolved in the first episode. I just hope we get to see some of Stana's great acting! When she noticing that Rick is gone..

I don't want the wedding delayed over and over that's for sure.  I think Fillion has a point about fans only waiting so long for the wedding too.  If the car accident nonsense is resolved by the end of the first epiosde, I'll be happy.  At least somewhat resolved - as in everyone knows that Rick isn't dead...if he starts off missing, then they find him.  I saw something in one thing I read recently about the second episode involving the death of a toy maker or something like that.  I really can't see Kate going back to work like normal if Rick would still be missing.  Maybe if he is in the hospital recovering...or stuck at home, but not if missing.

Hehe, well. I will not say too much about a wedding or not. We will find out soon enough. But i found this little tibit here from the other forum.

1. At Comic Con, fan asked Nathan and one of his best friends, Alan Tudyk, about guest staring on other shows.  They moved directly to Alan guest staring on Castle; Nathan then gave his idea for Alan's storyline;  wherein Alan said "you have only one season left"… indicating they would need to get moving on it.  Now these two play around, so who knows, but my oh my.  Video of this may already be posted on Nathan Appreciation thread.

2. Nathan did a selfie with one of Molly Quinn's relatives yesterday on Castle precinct set (filming of 7x02); Castle looked very hale and hardy, but do not know time lapse from 7x01 to 7x02.  Molly and relative removed the tweet, but it was already out there.

3. Molly Quinn interviewed on TV Line said Alexis is going to have a rough time following the accident (PTSD, of a sort) and there is going to be some tension between Alexis and Beckett.   She talked about Pi and how they were surprised as to reaction to him.  Someone may also have posted this video somewhere.  I do not know how to do links.




And the third and last bolded part point about Molly Quinn\Alexis and she says a few things coming up in the S07. Some tension between her and Kate huh? And some PTSD huh? She didnt get that after Paris, but after her dads accident? Interesting.  Whats your take on stuff?

Not sure that I like the idea of what they are planning for Alexis...again.  I can get that she is upset by the accident and whatever the hell is going on there - Rick hurt, vanished...whatever.  But tension between her and Kate?  No....We already had Alexis have a snit last year and get snotty about Kate....telling Rick that Kate wasn't the one for him and all that bullshit.  We do not need more shit on that front.  To me, this is saying that Alexis is going to blame Kate for whatever ultimately happen with Rick.  This is all your fault...if you hadn't let dad follow you around, none of this would have happened...blah blah....  all that nonsense.  Though hopefully it won't be to the extent it was last year.  Maybe more like when she had a brief snit back in season 5 telling Rick to take his girlfriend to that restaurant if the reservation was so important. 

Of course, maybe Quinn is ...embellishing or something.  She did seem to do that a bit last year before the season started.  Maybe for whatever reason, she wants more tension between Alexis and Kate...thinks it will give her more screen time or something.  Though there is a pattern going on with Alexis for the last several years that I don't care for...since season 4 and the aftermath of Kate getting shot.  Alexis had a fit then because Rick wouldn't stop working with the police...then in season 5, she has that snit before going to college...and last year all the Pi nonsense and how shitty she acted to Rick.  Things seemed better by the end of the season...now evidently we get more Alexis snits.  Whoopie. 

Ohh...also like you said, about teh PTSD..she didn't show signs of that after Paris so why now?  Unless she has been..ummm...suppressing or something since Paris and what happens to Rick just ...pushes her over the edge so to speak. 

Sorry if I rambled a tad...or got too..ummm..snarky.  I am a bit tired...kind of a long day.

Well, for guest actors etc there is a few people i would love to see. But they usually do a great job with who they pick so it doesnt matter for me really. But who's Alan really? And what has he done with Nathan? I dont know that :\
But when it comes to Molly Quinn talking about her Alexis character. Before every season she says "this will happen, this should happen" and blah blah blah. And usually nothing of it happens. Dont know why she does it tho. And its not the first time she's talked about Alexis and Beckett. And last year aswell she was talking about a big conflict between the two. And it didnt happen. So i'm not sure if it will happen this year either. But i dont know why Molly wants her character to fight with Kate? More screentime? Bigger part of the show? (thought Molly was going to college etc?) i dont get it. But anyways, i think alot of it is BS. But thats me ayways. I'm getting a bit tired of it, and a bit tired of the Alexis character. She has to change quite a bit from S06 to S07 before i forgive all the shit she's been pulling.
And the PTSD stuff, its just weird. I mean, wouldnt she have some of that after being kidnapped? Or will it all just boil over when her dad is kidnapped or what not? And she will just snap at Kate and everyone else? I dont know jack tho. I dont trust the word of Molly.. But there are alot of interesting spoilers out there allready. Just looking forward to the 29th of September, and the sneak peeks etc.

Alan was in Firefly and Serenity with Nathan.  He played Wash and he's awesome. 

I know that Molly Quinn did that last year at least...I didn't pay attention to any of that the year before.  I know she was going on and on before last year..then before the season started, she came out with another statement or another interview or whatever that backed back off some of that crap she'd said.  I don't know what is up with her doing that...or why they have Alexis have snits every year anymore.  Very annoying.

I could understand her having some PTSD after being kidnaped...but we haven't really seen too much going on.  Though maybe she has been....suppressing for over a year now and it blows up because of Rick's accident and whatever is going on.  Maybe.  Who knows.

I've been ready for the new season since the last one ended.

I just rewatched some of the episodes from S06, and the behaviour from Alexis still annoys me. Acting like the brat. But anyways, Alot of interesting spoilers and photos out there now. And alot of people (on the other forum aswell) are talking about Molly's interview and what she meant etc. And i'm not sure, Molly just seems bitter because of something. Who knows what? I guess we'll find out soon enough. Only 56 days left before the new season! There is so much i'm looking forward to in this season. What happend to Rick and why? And hopefully we will see Stana act on all her emotions. Thats what i hope for anyways. And from what i've read they are finished shooting episode 2 allready.

I don't have most of the first episodes of season 6 to rewatch now because of the change in my DVR....
Alexis really annoyed me last season, though I guess it wasn't quite as bad as it seemed like it would be from the nonsense Quinn was saying in interviews before the season started. 

I really don't want a lot of tension between Kate and Alexis....and Alexis acting like a brat again.  I can get if she is upset because of Rick being missing..even snapping at Kate a bit.  But don't let it drag out to the point where Rick feels like he has to devote more time to Alexis once he is home...or that makes him feel like they need to delay the weeding until who knows when because of Alexis. 

Hopefully, like someone over at the Castle board said, it is more of a matter of Alexis lashing out at Kate because she knows that Kate won't hold it against her later...because basically they are family now.  Something like that. 

What Molly said about people not liking Alexis in a relationship...no that wasn't it.  Pi was alright overall...yes a bit goofy and perhaps clueless at times, but he wasn't the problem.  The problem was the bratty way Alexis was acting toward Rick and the way she introduced the relationship.  Pi really got the shit end of the stick when you think about it.  From all that was said, it seems like Alexis only started dating him - or mainly started him - because she was trying to get back at Rick...and then things kind of got out of her control.  But Pi seemed to generally care for her and he tried, in his own off ball way, to be supportive toward Rick..tried to get him to talk in the first episode...he tried to make a connection with Rick.  Perhaps, if Alexis hadn't just sprung Pi on him, Rick wouldn't have had as much of a problem with him.  And a lot of the issues with Alexis's behavior could have been nipped in the bud if Rick had put his foot down with her a few times - when she threw a fit because he doubled checked to make sure the new violin teacher was from Juliard...the GPS on the phone... the objection to the video blog.  Yes Alexis was a responsible, mature teenager, but Rick should have put his foot down a few times instead of letting her yell at him like he was the misbehaving little kid.

Some of what I read from an interview is not stuff I'm liking.  Hints at distance between them or something like that, and all the reassurance that they still love each other.  To me that says they are going to go and have something stupid happen where they call off the engagement or break up or something for a while.  I do not want crap like that happening.  Just because they saw they aren't changing the end result of the relationship doesn't mean it is ok for them to go and pull them apart for a stupid reason.  For them to keep saying that they still love each other and all that...just makes me think they are going to do something that makes it seem like they don't...otherwise, why would they keep reinforcing that in these interviews?  Course, I am someone who hates what they did at the end of the last episode.  I still say they could have set up stuff to introduce the new mythology they keep going on about without screwing up the wedding.  But that's just me.

Well, i never minded Alexis in a relationship at all. But what i didnt like was how she acting towards her dad. She should respect her dad. And here she is 18years old, and know more then him. And she claims she's the smart one in the family etc. Thats fair enough, but she proved herself wrong. But Molly talking about tension between Alexis and Kate, i'm not sure really. Didnt she say something like that before season 6 aswell? And that didnt happen really. But when this shit happens with her dad (Rick) Alexis might lash out on Kate, and blame her for keeping Rick at her side. But i wouldnt buy that really. In the past seasons the subject of Rick following Kate has been discussed between both Alexis and Rick, and Martha and Rick.. And we all know its ONLY him and noone else than him, that decides to be with her side. They (Alexis and Martha) have told him many times to maby quit. Because its dangerous etc. So its Rick to blame really (that he's still following her) he's a grown man etc. So maby Alexis snaps at both Rick and Kate? But i take everything Molly says with a grain of salt really. I think she just say stuff to get more hype about her character and herself. Maby more screentime? Who knows.



From what i've read in interviews etc it looks like we will have a interesting season 7. And for Kate and Rick being apart, i'm not worried. Both AMV and the new showrunner have promised us that they wont break up our DD. So i trust them on that. AMV have always kept his word. ALWAYS. And i think he will deliver once again. If Kate goes back to her old apartment for a while, we dont know why. But remember this. She hasnt moved in with Rick yet. So she still lives in her old apartment. She just spend most of her time there. And they (the showrunners) have promised us that we will get both a wedding and that our DD will be stronger then ever. So i trust that they will once again deliver. They gave us a great S06 as far as i'm concerned. And i'm just looking forward to see what they have in store for us this time around. And i just hope we wont have one of those Alexis saga's again, where she's a brat trough out the season. And i'm real interested in seeing what they will handle the whole Rick thing. With the kidnapping\carcrash etc. And i just hope they give Stana her chance to act! And show us what she can do. They gave Nathan his shot, when Alexis got kidnapped. And he delivered IMHO big time! And now it is Stana's time to show us what she can do. When she's looking for Rick etc. Would be perfect.

I had read something before ..think maybe little from Marlowe or the new guy...well..not completely new..the new showrunner..  Anyway, one of them said that there would not be amnesia and it was not a dream.
