Finally bought a stand alone Bluray player.
It's one of these. So now my PS3 is just for gaming.
It also means that my (13 year old Hitachi) DVD player can be retired as it's a multi-region player.

I then found out that the spare HDMi lead I had wouldn't reach. So £50  :o later I was watching The Searchers. and it looked amazing.
