Hi,
currently I'm trying to lose some weight.
Besides bicycling on the weekends (35km / 21.75mi on Saturday and 25km / 15.5mi on Sunday) I'm also walking stairs.
From the ground floor one floor up and down again.
As of this moment we have 29°C / 84°F.
I still managed to climb 55 floors up and down in 30m13s, which makes a turnaround time of 32.96s per lap.
This is a difference in altitude (only up) of 217.8m / 714.5ft and a total walking way of 1236m / 0.77mi.
