Molly Parker is often an overlooked actress IMO. This has been getting pretty good reviews though.

I agree.  Same with John Hawkes.  I really liked Molly Parker in Deadwood ... maybe it is the roles they take on.  Not the big glitzy roles but more gritty down to earth.  Not where the big bucks are but certainly able to show their great talents.
