I am really torn about this.  I can imagine that they would do a good job of the film ... but with the way they do movies now why on earth except to make money (which is why all the remakes and reboots .. totally bankrup of ideas).

I am not sure that I would go to a theater to see it.  I was lucky enough to see Ben-Hur in theater when it first came out.  Wow what a great movie for a kid (though really long).  Imagine it will be done in 3d or 4d or super smell-o-rama  :slaphead:

Well, I guess one could say the 1959 version was a remake already, so why not try once again :laugh:
