Plot:

My Review:
That was actually an allright movie. I remember i saw the thrailer way back and liked the thrailer, and finally found it. Its a movie about a retired policeofficer who now cleans up crimescenes etc and ofc get mixed up in stuff he shouldnt have. And they made it work with what they had. And it was nice to Samuel L Jackson, Ed Harris and Eva Mendes again. It said on the cover that it was a actionflick. I would say it is a thriller\suspence movie. And they kept the suspence trough out it aswell. All in all an allright movie that you should check out if you find it for a cheap penny.

I liked the first Hangover....not as fond of the second one.  Entirely too much Chow in that one for me..and from what I've read about this one, it seems like he is around even more.  Bleck.

My Review:
So, that was a mix between alot of things. It looks like they was trying to bring back the 'oldschool' Sly in this one. From his "prime" in the 70/80's. But he is getting older. And you can see it on him too. He is getting to that age soon where he shouldnt play the actionhero anymore. Anyways, the movie was allright fun for 1.5 hours. Alot of shooting, explotions, fight scenes. What can you expect from Sly and his actionflicks? And even tho it wasnt the best acting i've seen, or Oscar material. I think they did a allright job, all considering. If you just are in a mood for some action, or a simple allright movie to put on i recommand you to check this out for a cheap penny. Allright Sunday flick.

My Review:
So me and some friends just watched this one. "Arnolds first movie in years" as the lead actor maby. And i have to say it was cool to see him back. But him, just like Sly they are starting to get too old for those actionhero charcaters. But anyways the movie was real cool. Great mix between the action and the comedy. Had me laugh here and there. Plus some great action scenes. And the cast worked well together too. I just enjoyed this trough out! This is a movie you guys should check out!

I agree "Last Stand" is a fun cool film.  Yeah they are getting a little long in the tooth as they say .. but still fun.  Some of them (action stars) are wearing better than others.  Some are wearing better than others and I think the time is showing on Arnold and Sylvester seem to be wearing heavier than some.

But the old guys in films are great ... as long as they can make fun of themselves while doing it.  As in Red and Red 2.

For me it is the humor in the film that makes it great.

Yeah, well.. I dont mind Arnie or Sly in a good movie. Even tho they are getting old. BUT they are starting to get a bit too old IMHO to play 'Terminator' or Rambo again And i have to admit that there was some funny moments in 'The Last Stand' but the latest from Sly 'Bullet To The Head' wasnt. Have Sly been in many comedy's btw? I shoud prolly know, but i'm not Sly's biggest fan. I liked Rambo. But not everything he's done.

My Review:
Well, i guess i wanted to check out this movie mainly because of Malin Åkerman.. Its a long time since i've seen her in anything. So that was nice. And the movie looked allright in the thrailer. The movie had some potential but they didnt make anything out of it. The story was interesting enough. But the movie was a bit too slow for my taste. And the suspence wasnt really suspence since we knew how the thing would end. All in all a dull movie that had a great potential and could do so much more. But it was nice to see Malin Åkerman again, so that helps. Not recommanded.

Stallone has done a few comedies...Oscar..Tango and Cash..the absolutely horrid Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot. There might have been one or two others.

I actually saw Escape Plan today..with Stallone and Arnold.  I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.  It was pretty good for this type of movie.  I think it looks like Stallone has arthritis in his hands.  And in one or two scenes...the veins in his arms were kind of bulgy. 

Stallone is going to be in a new comedy with DeNiro that is out in December.  Grudge Match.  It looks funny.  They play former boxers who still hate each other 30 years after their second fight..and a rematch is set up between them.  I saw at one thing that is poking fun at Rocky..probably some poking fun at Raging Bull too.

I've heard that the last Rambo movie was really good...I haven't seen it yet.  I thought I heard that he wanted to do another one...I just looked at imdb.com.  It lists Rambo: Last Stand as being in development..no projected release date yet.  

Ok..just saw another one.  Creed.  Rumored that he will play Rocky again..and Creed is the grandson of Apollo Creed.  I didn't see the last Rocky either.
