Thanks for the headsup. I've heard great things about it, but havent watched it. Will put the boxset on pricewatch, to see if its drops under £20 (because of the damn costums laws in Norway)

My Review:
Well, i guess i had my hopes up too high for this one. Both De Niro and Travolta as the "two only actors" playing against each other. And the movie had some good moments here and there. But i guess i just expected more from both of them. And the movie was a bit too slow for my taste aswell. But not only bad. As i said some good moments here and there. But all in all its just avrage. Dont know if i would pay full buck for it tho.

Piffi ... I am with you on this one. I think Nicholas Cage gets shorted on this and it think over all the film is very very good (entertainment+). The storyline is fun and as you say the actors all seem to work well together. This was a quick buy for me (though not a blu-ray one).

My Review:
I watched this one a few days ago, while it wasnt the best of Disney's work i enjoyed it. Once again a decent classic from Disney. Got some real good moments here and there, and a plus for me is when the characters are drawn by hand, and not animated. I tend to like them the best. Not the best movie in the classic series, but a decent one worth checking out imho! With some cool extras aswell.

My Review:
Well, that was 2 fun hours. I heard alot of good things about this, and decided to give it a try. And for me it delivered. Arnie and Sly in the leads, as they try to break out of the world most secure prison, and no one knows where they are. Great moments here and there. Great twist i didnt see coming. And Sly and Arnie still delivers in the fight scenes. (even tho you see that they are much older now) great mix between the action and the suspence. And for me it was cool to see Vinnie Jones back on the big screen. All in all, a great movie you should check out.

My Review:
I finally got around to watch this one. And it was just brilliant and amazing! Not as amazing as LOTR but a close second. I'm not going to talk too much about the movie because alot of you have all ready seen it. But i really liked it, the efects, the sound, the scenery. Breathtaking. And the movie had a ton with great extras aswell. Really looking forward to checking out the sequal hopefully this week.

My Review:
So, i just watched this again last night and it was just as good as i remembered it to be. And i just have to say that i really like Sir A. Hopkins makes a great villian! He might just be one of the best in the buisness. And in this great suspenceful thriller he was just outstanding as the villian. And Ryan Goslin did an ok job aswell. This is just a great movie. Recommanded ofc!

My Review:
Me and some friends just watched this again last night, and i remembered some parts of it but not all. Its a rather cool spy-thriller with an 'ok' Mel Gibson as the lead. You got some real good action trough out. Real intense and suspenceful thriller. They actually made it work with what they got. My only complaint would be Mel Gibson. I guess i expected a bit more from him. But all in all a allright movie. Check it out for a cheap penny.

My Review:
I'm not really sure what to think about this one. Havent read the books tho, dont think i will. The movie was a allright follow up. Amazing scenery, cool efects, great picture and sound. But there was something missing (cant really say what. But something) But still a allright movie, not as good as the first one tho. But i'm looking forward to check out the 3rd when that comes out sometime. So far its recommanded to check them out.

Although I would rate Desolation of Smug higher than you, you are right about "something missing". To me that feeling is because it moves so slow like the first. I think if they had maybe made it a 2 parter it would have moved quicker and *felt* better.
But like you I really want to see the third. Then look forward to a Hobbit/LOTR day marathon ...

My Review:
I actually wanted to check this out for a while now, but decided to check it out today after reading a story about the 'Zodiac killer' in my local newspaper. I didnt know jack about the story really (only the stuff i've read) but after the movie i feel i know alot more. Its a strong movie, but again its a real good and interesting movie. I really enjoyed it and how they made it work with what they got. But i still wonder tho. Who was the Zodiac? Wont say much more really. Highly recommanded tho.

I agree. This is a highly recommended film from my point of view. This is one of the films that got me to watch Jake Gyllenhaal so much. And Mark Ruffalo is very good. I didn't really like Robert Downey Jr. much in this ... But again .. great film
