Euros 2012
« on: June 08, 2012, 09:21:18 PM »
Opener was a bit dull with a couple of soft red cards, but this Russia v Czech Republic has been enjoyable so far!

2-0 Russia right now.

The great games should start tomorrow though and over the next few days...
Germany v Portugal
Spain v Italy
England v France

All these games should be very entertaining!

This will always be proof that I'm not a proper German. I give a rat's anus about Fußball.

Russia vs Czech Republic was a very entertaining game. I expected a draw or a narrow victory for Czech Republic but Russia crushed them 4-1 to lead group A after day 1.

Do you feel the urge to invade your neighbour's garden and/or apartment?

That would make you German enough.

Ah it's time for the fake "walk, fall and whine" football where nothing happen :tease:

Waiting for the start of our CFL season is a lot more exciting for me

Denmark should be the whipping boys of group B but they have a lead right now against play. Netherlands just don't have ayone up front and are shooting long. They need to play Van Persie better.

Wow. Congrats to the Danes! Lucky to get away with the handball in injury time, but that was a big upset.

I expect either a score draw or Germany to win by a goal.

Pretty dire first half really. Bang on the line that Portuguese attempt though.

I see UEFA have told the fans to stop throwing missiles or the game will be abandoned though... Kind of adds to the violence in last nights game where stewards were attacked by Russian fans:

Its real sad really. That some idiots is ruining it for everyone else.
But for the match at hand. Portugal have been the best team imo. :)
