Not many at all for me this month either...

8/5 - Analyze That
8/10 - Dead Creatures
8/11 - Boa vs. Python
8/11 - Beyond the Door
8/15 - X-Men: First Class

So only 5 titles for me this month.

What made you keep going with the Monroe films...?

I read good things about Hell, will keep my eye on it... For the others: Hell is a German movie and the title means "bright", rather than the place where the devil lives. I believe it plays in the future where the sun has become too bright (;)) for humans to live outside.

To get it over with? To be fair, a couple of others were quite okay, although I still like Michelle Williams as Marilyn more than MM as anything.

A German rip-off of the The Road, produced by Roland Emmerich, should be a recipe for disaster (lame pun intended), but I found it a good deal better than the Hillcoat film.

BTW, I'm pretty sure Detention is also something you might enjoy.

What a way to break a drought! 2 weeks without a movie, then two cinema visits in the same day.

I'm actually looking down the barrel of 5 cinema visits in 7 days (I hope I don't jinx myself by pre-announcing the remaining 3 - Dial M For Murder Wednesday matinee, The War of the Arrows Friday evening, A Letter to Momo Saturday evening).  :stars:
