This made me laugh... maybe it isn't a bright idea to ridicule the other when you don't know the difference between "reply" and "reply to all"

 :o :hysterical:

My manager where I used to work did something similar on a much smaller scale. We had a good relationship with a medium sized customer, but their secretary was a pain in the backside. Always finding problems that didn't exist and was very demanding. Anyway, she emails my manager demanding an immediate response to a new problem. He forwards the email to the rest of us. An hour or so later he comes to ask us if we've dealt with it yet, but actually, we never received it and know nothing about it. He'd clicked 'reply' instead of 'forward'.  :slaphead:

If that was all, then no biggie. Except he'd added a note: "Will someone respond to this stupid cow and get her off my bloody back":bag:

Actually it worked out well in the end. He grovelled and apologised, which was accepted and she was fairly subdued. I think it was the wake-up call she needed to realise what she was doing.

I've had my finger in direct sales for a while and when I was in my late teens was representing a large electricity supplier. Every year they have a large sales meeting where awards etc are all handed out and one of the competing sales companies that also represented them had organised something special. It turned out they had caught one of their salesman committing fraud by signing up on behalf of people who actually hadn't (old/vulnerable people so he could get the commissions). They called him up to the stage in front of hundreds saying he had one an award for sales figures in his area, when his boss took to the stage and told everybody exactly what had happened and introduced the police to the stage who arrested him. AFAIK, that guy has never had any problems with his sales team in the 9/10 years since.

Wow. Talk about adding insult to injury.
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!
