If anyone's interested I can publish my recipe.
Shepherd's Pie (German Version)250g minced meat (I prefer lamb, but it should work with beef and pork too)
I have a mean "Venison Chili" if any one is interested I'll post that recipe?
What is venison...?
I think venison is deer meat, not wild game in general.
Definition of VENISON: the edible flesh of a game animal and especially a deer

Please note the "German Version" I, of course intentionally, put in brackets.
Überpedantic
Come to think of it, this recipe would probably work with mixed minced venison (just learned a new word, so I have to use it to burn it into my brain-cells) too.Probably replacing the Cheddar by lingonberry-jam.
