Hi, check this out: http://doena-soft.de/dvdprofiler/3.6.0/CleanUpPhotos.zipIt's a tool that will show you unused files in your folders CreditPhotos, ScenePhotos and (optionally) Cover Images. As of now the tool doesn't do anything yet. But it already shows you credit photos that don't match any names in your collection. Usage: Export your collection to XML via DVD Profiler -> File -> Export Profile Database. Include all profiles, all cast and crew. Select the file in the program and press progress. Tell me what you think.

Huh, that's odd. The minimum requirements are very minimum. Do you have the .NET Framework 2.0 or higher installed? Please check under c:\winnt\Microsoft.Net\Framework or c:\windows then the same. Could you try the new version 0.3.1.0? At least it should give you a crash report.

Somehow I deleted.Net framework from my computer. Works fine now.

Version 1.2 is now available. It allows to search for invalid credit photos within valid credit photo folders. Since there are so many tabs now, I've extended the help file and also referenced Doug's Knowledge Base for naming conventions. Check it out.

I didn't try this tool, but a warning to users who use my CCViewer and share the cover images folder with DVD Profiler: Cover images of profiles created in CCViewer will probably deleted when running this tool, I suppose. Karsten, if you want to make an exception: These cover image file names start with "CCV". These same goes for ScenePhotos subfolders shared with the Gallery folder of CCViewer.

Floorwalker reported a problem anyway. Once I have a backup of his database and can analyze the problem, I might add this exception.
Question: Which folders exactly can contain images starting with CCV_?

Question: Which folders exactly can contain images starting with CCV_?
The names are without "_". The ProfileIDs for CCViewer profiles are in the form of "CCV[0-9]+". Cover images therefore are named "CCV[0-9]+[bf]\.jpg". The ScenePhotos may contain folders with such an ID, where the gallery images of a profile are saved. Also the cover image folder can be shared with DVD Profiler cover images (usually contained in "MyDocuments\DVD Profiler\Databases\<DBname>\Images")
