After the third took $54m this weekend off a budget of $5m, it looks like this could be greenlit soon... Don Harris who is Paramount's head of distribution said:

I can’t imagine that we wouldn’t make a number four, and I imagine (Paramount Film Group president) Adam Goodman this morning is thinking about the challenge.

The first was above average, I gave it 3.5/5 HERE/url]. Not seen any of the sequels yet though. How do they compare?

I haven't seen the sequels either, but perversely I've heard that the current part 3 is actually pretty good. Does not compute.

I have no seen 1, 2 or 3 and 4 will not break that mold.
